We are a home renovation company located in Oakville & Burlington and operating across the GTA, established in 2003 and is family owned. We like to call ourself the one-stop-shop for any residential and commercial renovations. We manage everything from start to finish: design, permits, trades, timelines – all under one roof. No chasing contractors. No missed deadlines. No wondering what’s next.
We complete projects across Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Mississauga, Hamilton, and the GTA, including Grimsby, Niagara, Guelph, Cambridge, Toronto, Etobicoke, and Scarborough. Most of our work is local to Halton and Peel regions, but we take on select projects throughout Southern Ontario.
We focus on kitchens, bathrooms, basements, home additions, and custom homes. Each project is fully managed in-house — from design and permits to construction and finishing.
We’re a design + build company, meaning we handle both. You’ll work directly with our designer to plan layouts, select materials, and review 3D renderings before construction begins.
Yes. We take care of architectural drawings, engineering, and permit submissions, and coordinate all city inspections so you don’t have to deal with the paperwork.
Yes. We use Schluter and RedGard waterproofing systems to protect all wet zones — ensuring durability, mold prevention, and long-term structural integrity.
Yes. We handle structural wall removals and coordinate with our licensed structural engineer to ensure everything is designed, permitted, and built safely to code.
Yes. Every renovation is backed by a comprehensive workmanship warranty, covering all structural and finish work for your peace of mind.
In most cases, yes. We plan our work to minimize disruption, keep sites clean, and maintain safety at all times — especially for kitchen and bathroom remodels.
We handle design, sourcing, and installation for all finishes — cabinetry, countertops, flooring, fixtures, and hardware. We also offer access to trusted local suppliers with trade pricing and premium quality.
We follow a clear milestone-based payment schedule tied to progress — not time. Payments are divided into defined project stages such as:
Design & deposit
Rough-in completion (plumbing/electrical)
Finishing phase
Final walkthrough
You’ll receive a written breakdown in your contract before signing, so you always know what’s due and when.
No. We never ask for full payment before work begins. We start with a deposit to secure your project in our schedule and release subsequent payments only after each milestone is completed and approved.
The final payment is made only after the final walkthrough and client approval, once all agreed-upon work has been completed to your satisfaction.
Absolutely. Many clients choose to phase large renovations — starting with the kitchen or bathrooms and moving to other areas later. We’ll create a long-term plan that fits your budget and timeline.
